Really? Not sure how your term of "yellowish" is but if I compare it to my generic china TPU case, it's 95% clear.

It's a play of the light. Very subtle. It's more of a TPU property. If it's yellow to your eyes when there's no light to bounce off of then it's really yellow.

guys, i bought a china version opo. didnt root or anything since then. now running on 11.0-XNPH33R. tried to install OTA XNPH38R incremental. failed =( it says installation error status 7.... any idea what went wrong?

p/s: after trying that couple of times, still couldnt get it done... so i factory reset the phone, tried again to install OTA, but failed too...

whatsapp, call logs, SMS and all apps and apps data, confirmed yes.

media, i'm not too sure as i always make a backup for my sdcard.  but looking at the size of the backup files, i doubt it does

just remember, any backup app will give you limited function as you are not rooted.  best you can do is just backup as much as the app can do for u + google backup + sd card backup

Hi guys, before i start my question, i want u guys to know that im very new to the forum, and im not tech savvy at all, i dont know what anything about rooting, flashing, bootloaders and etcetc  .
Heres my question.
1) i want to buy the OPO from local retailers, preferably DirectD, but i have a few concerns. I understand that it is the Chinese version and they will already convert to cyanogenmod for us, but will it be exactly the same as the international version? Eg: will we be able to download OTA updates and all?
2) will the 4g LTE work in Malaysia? I saw on DirectD saying they tested on Celcom, but what about Maxis?
3) Do the ones in DirectD have the Yellow tint? If so, which other retailer do u guys recommend?
4) ive read the comparison between international and chinese version, but i just need to confirm with u guys. other than the Cyanogen branding on the back, and the os, and some LTE incompatability for US, are the two versions 100% same?
