But I am thinking whether buy from non authorized seller will still give me valid warranty?
Since boleh land gives us so many options and even bangla is selling laptop dy. Really cheap.

It does exist bro. I wouldn't have suggested it if it's not available. I bought my MSI laptop recently, about three weeks ago, from the official MSI Malaysia distributor, Brightstar Computer. I did enquire about this and they offered a warranty extension for two years. I can't remember the exact figure now but it's quite reasonable, considering that a high spec laptop can cost an arm and a leg lol. If you don't buy yours through the official distributor, you might not get the offer but it's worth asking if you can get it.
Great job bro! I love Samsung SSD as they're reliable and super fast. I'm going to change my HDD as well once the warranty on my machine expires haha.

Good explanation on the steps needed. You have to change the boot sequence anyway when you want to boot from your SSD rather than your HDD, and it's usually safer to get it all cloned, and cleaned, before installing the SSD.

Hey, for me i'd rather get ge63 instead of gs63. Yeah in terms of weigh, gs63 is actually alot thinner but for performance wise it will be ge63. As because ge63 has really improved alot since the last ge generation, the design, cooling system and not to mention the 120 hz monitor

i wanna know roughly for msi laptop, what is the minimum price that contains GPU of GTX1060(6GB)? 

My current budget is RM5k, but i specifically emphasised on GPU is because i wanna do deep learning which requires a lot of GPU(well not a requirement per se, but the higher the GPU, the quicker and perhaps more stable the computation will be).

And i would love to opt for desktop, but since i'm always gonna be needing my device and bring it to more than 1 places, i guess i just need to delay my wish on getting a workstation/desktop for now. Thanks in advance

2nd - out of budget 
3rd - speaker no so loud, and battery might be costly when need to be replace~

GS63 no 8th gen yet...

So very high chance GE63 with 8th gen...

Now only see if on 1st June, any price adjustment or not after gst become 0%~

I already saw some online seller sell below rrp way long ago...

Until recently when I finally make up my mind and intend to pull the trigger, gov announced 0% gst on 1st June...

So I text them and ask regarding this matter, they can't give an exact answer as no clear guideline is given...

And few days back our previous FM Tun Daim announce that there will be few months of tax free period before the SST kicks in, so I believe the price might go down further with such situation...

Less than 2 weeks time to save couple of hundreds, I think my old laptop still can hold up and can use that amount to buy other things...

But GST can be claim back right?

Not good in accounting, so not very sure how things work around...

Though my initial budget was only 4k, and now increased till 7k...
