I know these SemiD is in Tasik Kesuma phase 4, behind the Ferona units by Gallery homes..

I presume there are only about 20 SemiD for this project, not saying GnG, even FnG also don't have, sharing the same small road entrace with Tasik Kesuma phase 4 houses, no landscape, no amenities, no park, no garden, no direct connecting road, actually nothing there..

Although I believe these SemiD do have their own market, but please don't compare it with those in EM / SEH..  Nothing can be justified for similar comparison, two different level projects nia...

You go to ask lah, phase 1 where got any early bird discount? If 408k DSL unit, one need to pay RM 40,800 sharp for the down payment, no single cent deduction lah...
