Anyone can confirm if reload touch n go card at tesco extra at IOI city mall if using wise card, will it categorise as groceries? I just reload 200 using my uob one card n waiting to see if it ll fall under groceries. Not yet try with wise card yet.

Tesco @ IOI City Mall is under GROCERY category.

wait, they finally offer TnG reload now? back in January, they havent have reload service yet  if you could reload with UOB One card, that means they allow to reload using CC! 
i've tried Billion @ Kajang town before. It was categorized as GROCERY by HLB

if i ady have current account previously and ady registered online with one online user id

so under this online user id i only can VIEW my wise card but not the do the pay bill online statement or etc 

according to the officer i need to register another online user id for my wise card (first time register) in order to pay bill  online statement etc
is it the case ?

I used to own GSC card before.

Basically buy 2 tickets online. right before you make payment, you'll see the price discounted half (if you still have enough movie credit to offset, that is), or else, you only get 10% discount.
