i called tnb cs ystdy, they told me is the last 8 digit of the barcode at the bottom... |

i checked my transaction today and found out few weird cash back then cash back rev...
and just called up cs and they said its system error and they are rectifying... ask me to wait for statement come out...  |

i think i kena AF also...quite weird as the sales agent told me that first year AF and GST is waived and i never use HLB cc before...
looks like have to call cs again... |

can someone explain what is finance charge and how it works?
it says charge on 13t month...but i only 2nd month using it? the tnc in hlb website doesnt help much... add: QUOTE To be calculated on a daily basis after the interest free period provided the current balance of the cardholder’s previous statement is fully paid by payment due date i paid my 1st month spending within interest free period, but still kena charge? just gave a call to UOB cs asking about UOBPayOnline services, confirm the system is done until today...anyone wants to make payment through this website, need call them ask whether the UOBPayOnline is working or not...
