My agent told me that there has promotion code to be enter when submitting application. Thanks. the best billing/statement date depends on you. when is the time your salary/pay/claim/commission enter? when is the time you have more cash? then just deduct 10-15 days earlier from the date you determine above. so your due date will be slightly after your money in.
