same here, kept getting blues also 

i concur.. i too seem to get blue.. and after decrypt.. still blue!!!.. they say only after update blue will either be blue or better.. ya righttt...

Where do you guys do your public events? I have the timer on my phone but it just seems so random as most times there isn't a soul around the event area so the events don't trigger for me.

i usually do at cosmodrome coz can solo. the divide devil walker, and the mothyard seems to be confirm. i also detour to forgotten shore too for the warsat.
usually its up to 5 mins late. but usually trigger for me

For the public event, I remember I did 2 events separately
first event got gold tier, went back tower gotten my reward from postmaster

then did another event during my patrol, also gotten gold
went back tower but nothing from the postmaster

is the reward once a day only thing?
