this might be related to how your home network was set up. maybe you should check that out first.

I think you can check/ask this at networks and broadband section. I assume by unifi modem you mean the stock wifi router, not the btu. (You don't need access to btu anyway to run your home network)

1. enter CMD as admin, type net stop wuauserv & net stop bits
2. navigate to C > windows > software distribution > delete every files inside
3. go back CMD type net start wuauserv & net start bits

imagine 14.7dB SNR margin & 53.6dB Line Attenuation downstream + a lot of CRC errors

Could it be this setting that you didnt set properly?
