I heard this area is full with Arabian (Middle East) and now Niagerian are coming in. I was there a few times. Is that true?

YES ,This area is full of middle east people. They are very rude people. Like to make noise. Now Negro also coming in. When I bought they saw negro cannot rent but now????

The management should bring in local shops. Like banks. But it looks like mini middle east

How you got the data? Are you working there? As for me, I live there. What I can say is Mostly (80%) middle east. My floor Got 10 units, 2 local, 7 middle east & 1 Black (Negro, don't know which country)
