Anyone can Gimme the link of the shop that sells Cruzerlite case? Can't seem to find it.
Edit : Nvm found it. And btw regarding battery life, last week I have been busy tweaking. So this is a bout 5 days of using it without caring about the configurations. It is safe to say average life for me is 34-38 hours with SOT of 6-7 hours. That's average. This post has been edited by LuffyPSP: Oct 2 2014, 07:03 PM |

QUOTE(BenSow @ Oct 3 2014, 12:10 AM) 4hrs+ SOT starting to feel normal adi guessing it's almost time to ditch stock kernel haha. It's not that they never learn. They have to follow the requirements of the upper level people. Hahaha. If I manage to pull off 7hours SOT like some of you guys here, man, my next phone is going to have really big shoes to fill In other news, I guess the Touchwiz team will never learn I'm pretty sure developers working on Android will love to have a taste of Vanilla instead of skins. |

QUOTE(Haters_Gonna_H8 @ Oct 3 2014, 09:45 AM) i had one system ui stopped error due to r22. im still giving the r22 a chance, one more error, im reverting back to r19 QUOTE(harizdesu @ Oct 3 2014, 09:59 AM) dunno why you guys kept getting the system UI error. Dont think its cuz of the kernel. I have been using custom kernels since 4 years ago and none will be causing system UI error. its not related imo~must have something that you guys modify in the Framework~ |

QUOTE(retsmot @ Oct 4 2014, 09:10 AM) after using this phone for a week i can say my most annoying thing about is the damn speakers. Lol your complaint is too general and not specific to this phone. when i game widescreen mode, my hands cover up the speakers and the sounds is muffled lol. whose bright idea was it to make the speakers there. The only One(pun intended) that got this right is the HTC One. And of course all of the current HTC's devices this year. |

QUOTE(retsmot @ Oct 4 2014, 10:12 AM) well this is my 1st phone which has speakers at the bottom. Ah I see. But if you notice, iphones have all of the speakers at the bottom of the devices. but u r right, htc speakers are the best placement. however i think thats y their bezels are bigger. Iphone and this phone also have bigger bezels. So I don't see that as an issue with HTC's speaker concern. |

QUOTE(KuzumiTaiga @ Oct 4 2014, 03:44 PM) Hmm.. I'm liking the designs more than the other phones (except M8, I love it but it's pretty pricey, my M7 just went out of service) 1) dont count too much on the AP set warranty. Even from reputable dealer. thinking of getting the China set, from DirectD, two years warranty (should be reliable type of warranty since it's DirectD right?) the software if they flash to CM11S should be IDENTICAL with the international set? I read up that OTA will be as normal as intl version? LTE won't be affected as long as I don't use it in the US, right? Is there any factory defects of the China set here? I know the factory is the same etc but just wanna make sure. Don't quite like the back design because got no CYANOGEN writing.. but case can cover it, I guess.. Can help me make up my mind? shop to recommend etc? Particularly worried on warranty coverage by DirectD or other retail shops.. 2) yeap OTA went fine soon after I got it from directd shop. 3) based on luck. I got a perfect unit. Known defects/things to check: first page or Google. 4) it's your money. But for the price with the spec, you can't go wrong. That's all I can say. Let other forumers convince you if you still need the convincing. |

QUOTE(rifle_m16 @ Oct 6 2014, 08:11 AM) 9 hours and approximately 6% of battery drain is very good I can say. I had 7 hours without any drop when I slept yesterday. Everything were turned on and enabled including high accuracy location. Lalalalalala...My phone drain about 1% of battery in 1 hour when the is totally no usage. My SOT is not that good campared with other Sifus here, only managed to get 4 hours ++ only every time, it's vary depending on your usage and Apps. You can try Greenify and Unbounce in Xposed module. Some more with data /wifi turned on. If using data only, probably drop by 2-3 percent. This post has been edited by LuffyPSP: Oct 6 2014, 11:48 AM |

QUOTE(vl319 @ Oct 6 2014, 12:09 PM) Because i am currently brief waiting for my flight, I'll do it briefly. Basically it's all about your wakelocks and alarms(not the one kejut you bgn pagi). Install BetterBatteryStats and WLD to track your usage. Below are my setup. 1) FFranco Kernel >> franco is very good at optimizing the standby time. My very phrase to describe it is, "It Sleeps!" Oh and I undervolted it by -50mV for each CPU step. 2) Greenify >> I greenified pretty much everything except those with push notifications that I use. For more advanced settings, I use Xposed Greenify too but basic free Greenify already helps a lot. 3) Xposed Module : Unbounce >> you can read this on the Unbounce thread on XDA. I modify to my preferences after certain time of usage. I donated so I got more control over my wakelocks. 4) my settings, I enabled everything. BT, NFC, GPS, etc so that when I actually turned them off, I know I can get longer battery life. But most of the time, I leave them on for piece of mind. Auto Brightness I have mixed feelings. I prefer to leave it on but it's kinda bad so I just use it manually(brightness slider awesome!). With these settings on average I will get around 24-27 hours of usage with 5-7 hours of SOT depending on my usage of the day. I use all for the Gesture and Sensor available cuz i like my phone to be "smart". Haha. That'd pretty much it. My conclusion after much testing, you can improve you standby time so much more with these settings, but SOT are probably based on the voltage used and whether you use auto brightness or not. Of course the lesser you use the sensor the better it gets. |

QUOTE(BenSow @ Oct 6 2014, 10:45 PM) Partial Wakelocks, mostly. Everything else, for your leisure viewing. I'm interested with Other category, for deep sleep vs awake/SOT stats. Haha. But yeah to check for those waking up your phone, Partial Wakelocks |
