xblast is xposed. Make sure you've installed xposed and busybox. then try enable the module again if you wish.

Make sure privacy guard is not restricting waze from accessing location permission.
Try clear gps cache and/or download those gps checker app in the play store to test your gps strength.

Since you're travelling next month, you should probably go for international set. Who knows when Malaysia will launch.

You used app to flash it?
Use recovery. Download r19.zip (make sure to check the md5sum) > go recover > manual flash

If recovery fails, then use fastboot.

1. Yes, but if output is lower than stock charger, then will charge slower.
2. Google Play Music is fine for me. There are tons of other alt. in the play store. I use gonemad (paid). There are no "best", test all if you want.

Think he/she meant dragging the seek bar. Is fine/works for me though.
