Dont talk about fuel price, even car prices, sigh, we are paying way more for the same car from the same factory.

A Mazda 2 in Australia is $17k while in Malaysia, it is RM82k which is $10k more than Australia despite we are much closer than Australia to Thailand. I choose Mazda cause I know both Malaysia and Australia Mazda dealers get their stock from Thailand.

360 pad. Pretty much just plug and play.

I am using a wired version of the 360 pad. Cheaper and dont have to deal with no batteries.

Then hopefully FFXV will come to PC too.

That game looked a lot more interesting than FFXIII.

I still get teased for "not being able to grow up" because I still play PC games.

Buying ori games isn't that expensive to be honest. Especially if you shop smart. The hardware is actually quite expensive than the software but then that depends how often you upgrade.

How much one can spend for another hobby like photography, clubbing and so on?

I tend to just let it slide as it is a waste of time at the end as they will probably say only kids play games like that kid over there playing on his mum's iPad.

This is my hobby and I dont see whats wrong with it because I am not hurting anyone or it is not severely affecting my life. I only play 1-2 hours a day so it is not like it takes up a lot of time after I am more careful with my games selection.

I still get carried away with the "One More Turn/Planet/Mission" problem at times.

I have to admit, I am enjoy games more than movies for the past 5 years. For movies, you dont tend to get great movies with well written script, directing and plot coming out all the time as Hollywood just want to make more explosion filled movies with paper thin plot which I am getting tired of. While the most audience dont care about good story anyway. While potentially good movies with good acting, solid plot and great directing like Gone Girl is now banned by our beloved government because it has a lot of boobs. Sigh.

Games on the other hand, you literally get both story heavy games and also fun action heavy games fairly often. On one hand, you get a lot of games with great story like The Walking Dead or Bastion while on the other hand, you get great action games like Uncharted or Tomb Raider. Heck, even Shadow of Mordor that have paper thin story, that game is still pretty damn good because all the game's meat are found in its gameplay and its innovative Nemesis system. Still itching to buy till now.

Dont know about them, I am intending to keep gaming as a hobby because I think it is fantastic.

Just keep gaming if you enjoy it. Nothing wrong with games as you are not hurting anyone or it is severely affecting you.

Since childhood, I am always leaning more towards strategy games so it is quite unfortunate that I never get to experience those PS2 games.

Still, I am looking forward to FF15.

I dont think G2A is a safe site to buy from as they are known to sell unauthorized keys from retail copies where the site cannot guarantee it's legitimacy. They are not authorised resellers like GMG or Gamersgate so you might get a lemon at the end. Avoid it if possible and stick to well known sites than dodgy CD keys sites.

Skyrim with regional pricing isnt too bad, just wait for a 50% sale and its damn cheap d.

It is not even about worth the price or not. It is about where are those keys coming from. Are they from questionable sources like Russia where some are region locked? Or they are just regular region free keys. We dont know and it can be either.

G2A is banned in many places from Steam forums to reddit because they have a shady reputation yet you want to recommend people to try that site. Steam regional prices isnt cheap enough for you?

If anything happened to the game or your Steam account, then, no one can help you. I would appreciate if you do not post deals from those shady sites.

One moment you said G2A, then now you say it is from somewhere else. Maybe you should chillax, not me. Why all the sudden so defensive when people ask you something?

Steam does not know whether you paid for a key or it is a gift or stolen if you do not buy directly from the store. It just appear on your account details as Retail Key. Not all CD key stores are dodgy but it doesnt mean you should trust them when there are plenty of other legit sites to buy from.

I kinda know how you feel except you replace it with guys. My social circle dont play games because they are hardcore football fans while they think games are a waste of time.

Well, console players tend to overlap with your PC games considering a lot of games are multiplatform these days. I used to have a few friends who is a console player and we do talk a lot about games. I poisoned them XCOM and Mass Effect while they introduced me to Demon Souls, Little Big Planet and other exclusives.

Felt like going back into a shooter these days. Either BF4 or the new COD AW for me.

That is exactly why I never want to buy from these dodgy sites. You might be fine this time but it might not be next time. And I heard stories of people getting their games revoked after activation because it is a dodgy key. I rather pay RM20 more than save that money.

I know there is one site that sells CD keys that are 100% safe but their prices arent as cheap as other CD key sites. They are only good for very early preorders like they had BF4 for $43 when it first announced where they automatically upgrade to LE when it is near release.

Ugh, why is Maxis's annoying marketing is on everywhere of the forum now?

Use Adblock Plus. The Addon can block specific pictures with filter. Available on almost every browser except Safari for iOS.

Yeah I do miss CoD 4. It was pretty fun but the new one looks good too. Its like CoD with influences from UT, Quake, and Crysis.
