It's already there in the unit, not plug in. Some are still with wrapping. There is some scratch mark on the flooring of our unit near the fridge, the upper cabinet workmanship are not so perfect, the door is not exactly align one another.

came across a 1+1 room owner, rented out their unit for just RM1400, while the 466sqft unit can rent out easily and fast at RM1300.
If they let it at RM1700 still consider very cheap given the furnishing level, and that's RM3600 differences for 12 months!
