ISIS seeks the destruction of infidels, call for a world based on one religion
This is the first time ISIS is calling sympathizers to murder American and European civilians in their homelands as retaliation for the coalition being formed by the U.S. to destroy the radical group. "If you can kill a disbelieving American or European, especially the spiteful and filthy French, or an Australian, or a Canadian... including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him," the video says.
Claiming himself as one of ISIS senior leaders, Adnani specifically calls for lone-wolf attacks inside western countries. "Rig the roads with explosives for them. Attack their bases. Raid their homes. Cut off their heads. Do not let them feel secure... Remove their families from their homes and thereafter blow up their homes." The world's richest and most dangerous militant group has so far declared war on the U.S., China, France, Russia, India, Israel, Canada, Australia, Italy, the Vatican, Austria and Spain.

ISIS says it is legal to kill any disbelievers in the US, France, Canada and Australia
The recording comes as President Obama is scheduled to make a speech in the United Nations this week. Addressing Obama directly, Adnani taunted: "O mule of the Jews, you claimed today that America would not be drawn into a war on the ground. No, it will be drawn and dragged... to its death, grave and destruction. The U.S. Congress last week approved a measure to arm and train Syrian rebels to fight the jihadists. The U.S. continues to ramp up airstrikes against ISIS in Iraq and seeks to broaden the fight to their headquarters in Syria, but says it would not put its troops on ground again... after 2 exhausting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
"This is one of the most dangerous groups that I have seen in my time in public life," U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on MSNBC Monday. In response to the video, U.S. official tells CNN, "Law enforcement and counter-terrorism officials are working with foreign partners to thwart this threat." France insisted that it is not spooked by the video. French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said repeatedly during a televised statement, "France is not afraid. "Their threats will not deter our determination to end their acts of violence and rescue persecuted populations."

Western nations launch harsh crackdown on ISIS networks
Australia rejected the new threat from ISIS. Responding to the video, Australia's Prime Minister office released a statement, "We are giving our law enforcement and security agencies the resources and legislative powers they need to keep Australia and Australians as safe as possible. ISIS claim that our involvement in this international effort is the reason they are targeting us, but these people do not attack us for what we do, but for who we are and how we live," the statement said. Australians should continue to be confident to go about their daily lives as normal." In a speech to Parliament, Tony Abbott reiterated the reality of the threat Islamic State posed to Australian lives. "Regrettably, for some time to come, the delicate balance between freedom and security may have to shift," he said.
Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper condemned the video and said Canada will continue to support efforts to defeat ISIS. "ISIS represents a threat not just to stability in the Middle East, but to global security," said Jason MacDonald, the prime minister's director of communications. "We will continue to work with allies to push back against this threat. Like our allies we will not be cowed by threats while innocent children, women, men and religious minorities live in fear of these terrorists." ISIS has taunted Canadians that "you will not feel secure in your bedrooms."
