Disbelievers (Qafir or non muslims) were indeed being eliminated as says in the Quran once upon a time ago. But modern Islam movement discourage that for the sake of respect in humanity. ISIS however believe in conservative Islam. Ancient Islam battle with Christian and those who pray to other than Allah despite of anything happen between Islam and other religions at the first place. It was the practice back on those years but now no more.

Well somehow...those days are coming back slowly..Our Malaysian muslims have slowly becoming more racist in religion and extremist too. Social medias are now flooded with religious personnels that gain popularity.....and now ISIS. If you can see more malaysian muslims ladies wearing hijab right, you shud see british muslims ladies....they are all going Burka recently.

Give me proofs of Islam asking to eliminate the qafir? suka hati cakap.

Quran (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority". This speaks directly of polytheists, yet it also includes Christians, since they believe in the Trinity (ie. what Muhammad incorrectly believed to be 'joining companions to Allah').

Quran (4:74) - "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." The martyrs of Islam are unlike the early Christians, who were led meekly to the slaughter. These Muslims are killed in battle as they attempt to inflict death and destruction for the cause of Allah. This is the theological basis for today's suicide bombers.

Bukhari (11:626) - [Muhammad said:] "I decided to order a man to lead the prayer and then take a flame to burn all those, who had not left their houses for the prayer, burning them alive inside their homes."

Muslim (1:30) - "The Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people so long as they do not declare that there is no god but Allah."

Tabari 9:69 - "Killing Unbelievers is a small matter to us" . The words of Muhammad, prophet of Islam.

Ketchup

From these, i believe if you (muslims) are very religious to your religion and follow 200% according to Quran and islamic teaching, you are actually developing yourself to become an extremist or jihadist.

ps: Not trying to put salt on the wound but these are words found in Quran. If this doesn't promoting violence than what it is? if my findings is not accurate, do inform me with precise source of yours.

Don't ban me just yet.

ISIS was made in development of a group of perfectionists. Perfectionist in terms of to follow every inch of islamic teaching despite humanity and consideration of other religions. My post earlier are heads up of what ISIS have been referring to and you can imagine what they capable of doing. A jihadist may happily bomb himself along people around him in the name of Islam and not humanity because they believe the reward is heaven in afterlife. While this is normal to be applied in war zone, but what happen to the civillians that are innocent? Who gonna look after them? Arent people like ISIS are selfish? killing people suka hati in order to achieve their own goal?

Can you read the entire passage instead of cherry picking verse by verse to paint a picture of your liking? When you read a book, you read the WHOLE story instead of picking up pieces of it to cook up your own version.

And btw At-Tabari is not even a reliable source, he has a chain of (1)interpretation errors of his own making.
just wanna ask you a very simple question,
If Islam is all about killing 'infidels than (2)why didn't the Prophet forced his own uncle to accept Islam? Yet his uncle, Abu Talib remained a non muslim till the day he died.
*
(1) Do you know why some muslims from different continents have different mazhab that they follow? Do you know some country allow muslim to marry to non muslim while some prohibit it? That is different interpretation and no one gets it right except the God.

(2)Muhammad didn't forced his uncle but that was before. But why today if a non-muslim lady convert to Islam and get married, got cheated after marriage and divorce by the husband. Will she able to convert back to her previous religion without be labelled 'Murtad'? in Islam there is no paksaan and is religion of peace right? so it shouldnt be a problem if a muslim to convert to another religion but the real fact is you cannot! So i dont know whats the logic of tiada paksaan?

Dr Taj Hargey is the Imam of the Oxford Islamic Congregation and the Director of the Muslim Educational Centre of Oxford.

Challenge the use of wearing Burka/Hijab in UK. He stated that the wearing of the face mask is a custom originating in ancient Persia and Byzantium, more than 1,000 years before the birth of Islam. It was upheld by male aristocrats because of social snobbery rather than religion, since they did not want their womenfolk — wives, daughters, sisters or mothers to be seen by the peasantry. Today people misinterpreted that and it becomes religion main point and also sinful for those who not obey.

Majority of muslims may had misterpreted Quran real meanings (such as ISIS) but no one out there knows the real truth except the God.

I think he was referring to Burka alone not Hijab as he discouraged people covering 90% of their face to avoid unwanted situation among other religion and race. My bad.
