first half over. basically a non threatening display.

Lallana - great movement. creates lots of space for himself and his teammates.
Sterling - speed. shredding defenses as usual
toure sakho partnership - bawsing defensive line. only a few minor blunders, nothing serious

Acceptable
Manquillo - does not contribute much but acceptably ok defensive wise.
Enrique - acceptable in defense and going forward. still needs to find his own pace in the current squad due to absence
Lucas - few mistakes by him but makes up for whats lacking in Rossiter

PLEASE SUB IF NO CHANGE IN 2ND HALF
Lambert - acceptable movement but really slow. needs to make up with better ball handling and his positioning.
Rossiter - apart from his literally 1 hit wonder that gives us the goal, he's basically acting as a permanent pivot point in the midfield. receive, pass to nearest person.
Marko - CLUELESS. he does not know where to go or what to do with the ball. certainly haven't lived up his own statement to prove his pricetag.

seriously, not that threatening. though they're 1-0 up, need to bag in a couple more to secure the win.

still the same for Rossiter. not even moving forward when he has the space. sigh

felt sorry for the defensive line as well as Lala and Sterling for covering up everything that's lacking with the squad

at this rate, i honestly believe that Borini would do better compared to Mario. but finally Suso coming in!

seriously, no urgency apart from Sterling, Lala and the defensive line.

also, migs save 1, 1 sterling shot saved, 1 Boro shot wide, GG we finally win!

the heartache starts when a penalty was given away, SECONDS before the final whistle end T_T

to be honest, watching Kolo taking penalty, really not good for the heart. oh the suspense building up to the kick luckily he took it like a bawse

during the penalties, i even lied to myself by convincing myself that i don't care anymore about penalty results, just to ease the intensity during penalties

this. we had LOTS of space, but unable to utilize and capitalize. no urgency in the game. hats off to Lala who literally carried the team, attacking wise while also occasionally helping out at the back.

seriously, someone has to. apart from Lala and Sterling, no one is really controlling the ball in attack. they were the ones who controlled the ball and they were also the one who made lots of runs while other attacking personnel's stats for those contribution is seriously lacking during that match

seriously i dont know what happened this season. its like somehow the passion is lost.
