QUOTE(Petre @ Sep 24 2014, 09:45 AM) i was praying for both keepers to have their chance. happy to see it Usually when a GK scores against another GK, there would hardly be any celebration at all. When Tim Howard scored last year(?) he didn't celebrate. I think he explained whyis there an unspoken mutual agreement that keepers should let each other score? coz i swear i saw both keepers like half hearted against each other? QUOTE(hifzil @ Sep 24 2014, 09:50 AM) That's why I said at the beginning of the season, we needed a new GK. This post has been edited by bitebug: Sep 24 2014, 09:54 AM |

QUOTE(Petre @ Sep 24 2014, 09:57 AM) QUOTE "I was delighted that we were in the lead and would hopefully go on to get three points, but it's not a nice feeling for a keeper. It's really awful actually," Howard told Sky Sports. "For the back four and the goalkeepers at both ends, there was an awful wind swirling. You could see everybody was mistiming balls. Defenders were missing clearances that normally they would put up the field. I think the wind is the hardest condition to play in. Snow, rain, sun doesn't matter, but the wind really does play tricks on you." Howard spoke with Bogdan after the match. "I let him know that I was feeling for him," Howard said. "It's not a nice place to be. I've been there before, a long, long time ago, and that was why I didn't celebrate." http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/soccer-dirty...-062558211.html Yeah, I think it's like an unspoken agreement between the goalkeepers. |

Guys, Robbie Fowler aka God is going to be on radio tomorrow. Traxx fm to be exact, for one hour around 3-4. Was trying to win an RM250 voucher to shop at LFC store but didn't get it.

What is it, 7 points out of 6 games? With a negative goal difference to boot. That's what you get for buying in quantity over quality. Marko looks like a 20 million flop so far. And please don't give me the "he will only shine in the 2nd half of the season" excuse. By that time, we probably would be hanging somewhere in the middle of the table. Sterling, Balo, Coutinho, basically most of our first XI players are struggling.
I have no idea why BR played Sterling on the left. The boy a total shite at crossing with his left, or right for that matter. Easily the 2nd worst player today, with Marko being first. Kept losing the ball cheaply and had no idea whether to dribble or to pass the ball. From now on Coutinho should always start ahead of Markovic no matter how out of form Cout is. Yes, Gerrard scored the goal, but he hasn't really helped the team much this season so far. I think it's okay to start him, but he cannot play the full 90 anymore. Br's decision to sub Balo today was shocking, stupid if I'm being brutal. He was the one keeping the pressure to Everton's back 4. Why not sub Gerrard and put Lambert and Balo on the field? Grow some balls Rodgers. This post has been edited by bitebug: Sep 28 2014, 12:13 AM |

West Brom (H)
QPR (A) Hull City (H) Newcastle (A) Chelsea (H) Those 4 games before Chelsea, if we can't win those, then truly bye2 CL next season. |

QUOTE(maranello55 @ Sep 28 2014, 04:55 PM) LOL u sure bro? We lost both of the matches against Chelsea last season, and lost to both City and Arsenal away. We got 2nd place last season because we did extremely well against the lower teams on the table. QUOTE(cherroy @ Sep 28 2014, 06:31 PM) Are we becoming like Tottenham, or United under Moyes last season? QUOTE(kevafk @ Sep 28 2014, 07:22 PM) Replacing manager is the worst thing to do here.. have some faith, u celebrated when liv under BR u can't support him when he loses? It's simple bro, we simply don't have anyone in front who can instill fear to the opponents' back four like Suarez did, or Sturridge. Balo, yeah he's good but he's too predictable. And he just can't seem to find that "space" to break through the defenders like what Suarez and Sturridge can. I trusted BR you know, when he said he was going for quality over quantity this season. But yeah, same ol' Rodgers. Of course, he's not the only one responsible for the transfers but yeah, he's the leader so.U win some u lose some, I know already some loses but it is not the end of the world. Again pointed out I never once see Liv buy super star even if they have target, they won't come. Proven player come with a cost, don't think Liv is ready to pay that kind of money transfer fee + wages. If he flops u just don't know how to get rid of him.. balo we got him cheap, don't think it was the best choice but some reinforcement. World class striker I can't think of one player that is reasonable price + young + proven + willing to come to Liv.. if you have one name it coz I just can't think of someone |

what did i tell you? BR is really getting senile. Keep insisting on gerrard when we have lalalla on the bench. and Sterling just doesn't work on the left. horrible wing play with marko and sterling. neither one can cross to save their lives. sterling going back to his ol' stupid days. can't decide whether to dribble or to pass

LOLOLOLOL Sterling. Why not just pass the ball straight to the opponent rather than passing to sterling and marko?
