Ok, after looking at this thread, can i conclude that after one BT we can do another BT back to the previosu card?

Eg. HLB to MBB Month 1
MBB to HLB Month 2

provided its 0% installment plan

Is it right this way?

the 3% upfront charge will be reversed (after few days) during this promotional period.

Yes will only utilize the 0% plan of course smile.gif

How about i BT again from HLB to Maybank on next month.
As long as i have the CL i can BT within this promotional period right?

FYI

For my first BT, i put the exact same amount as my balance statement.
MBB approved it.
I did not put the amount closest to RM100.
Just put in the exact figure from my statement and they approved it.

Awaiting for second BT approval. Sent it to the email.

As reported earlier, for my 1st and 2nd BT, i used back the exact amount of figure as shown in the balance statement.
Both successfully approved.

Sorry to ask stupid question.

With 0% interest and no processing fee, how or what does bank earn from BT?

Like AEON, they even offer points for BT.

Just wondering ...
*
Which card offers points even for BT.
I saw the clause stating that BT is not included as retail transactions.
Is it retail transaction is only considered for cash back mechanism as in Aeon Watami Card ?

Just want to ask about the overpaid.
Can you BT more than your balance statement?
How come Maybank is paying you back instead of Aeon?
I'm lost

Guys, to those that emailed in the BT request, how long did they take to reply? Not the automated reply btw.
*
I just emailed on last Friday 28th November then no response on 1st December, then i decided to send an email again.
Around 4pm on 1st December the CS called and verify my identification, plus rounding up the value for BT.
on 2nd December, sms pop up saying BT approve.

Now awaiting payment.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll wait till monday, if still no phone call I'll be pestering them since I need it paid by the 18th of this month.
*
I'm facing the same issue.
CS called me to verify on 1st Dec and my SMS stating BT approved received on 2nd Dec.
Then my due date is 8th of Dec.

I had to pay it today to avoid interest charges.
And up till now payment not reflected in MBB yet.

Should i call Aeon CS or should i call MBB to see if payment received?
If MBB receive it i would like to withdraw it back.

I just submitted my BT application from MBB to AEON before noon. How long should I wait before I can follow up with AEON?

I faxed my application to them.

Thanks. smile.gif
*
From my experience, fax will take much longer time. 2-3 days perhaps
Email is way faster.
Add it with calls to CS to expedite the case smile.gif

27 Nov - emailed BT form and MBB statement to Aeon @
30 Nov - no reponse, therefore email and called CS to verify
1 DEC - received call from CS for rounding up the BT value
2 DEC - SMS received stating BT approved
3 DEC - Aeon installment plan reflected in Aeon online website
9 DEC - Aeon payment to MBB reflected in M2u.

FYI
I called CS on 8th Dec to ask on why payment not through yet and CS look through the system and gave me the cheque number along with the consignment number used to courier the cheque to MBB.
Info given is that the cheque was delivered on 4th Dec. (take 4-5 days)

Darn my Aeon stetement both combined totalling rm 968.
Is there any chance to apply for BT and request for round up to rm1000?

Anyone has this experience?

bt to mbb as mbb will round up to the nearest hundred, means 968 will be 1k, just nice for you.
*
Is it?
So in the application form i just round up myself instead?
Alright i will give it a go.
Thanks for the info.
