I did paid for my statement first and then the BT payment came in.
Got my refund back in three working days.

For my case the CS asked me which amount and i said the full amount which is the balance statement value itself.
Initial the CS did tell the another figure which i think after deduction on the unbilled transaction.

Anyway lucky for me to get full refund

Haha i'm already enjoying these benefits with Aeon and MBB BT
Applied two Aeon cards last month and now already did two rounds of BT with it back and forth.

That's where the 'over payment' occurred and request for withdrawal back to CASA since i know their procedure will be after my due date but i did the BT anyway

For me my Aeon left 2-2.5k of credit limit to BT.
I guess i can squeeze one more BT and then give it a rest for a month and squeeze everything to MBB.
MBB was generous enough to increase my CL by 1.85x

Should be no problem with the print screen.

when i BT my Aeon to MBB i only print screen the summary page and it got approved as well.

Finally our worst nightmare has arrived.

For pbb it is reported no statement needed.
So just transfer 5k and withdraw excess and put into flexi FD.

But the disadvantage is every month you need to pay RM 833.33

Don't worry, i'm not qualified for PB VS.
I guess i will be paying for MBB as of now.

So it's a wise choice not applying this month.
Will apply next month, hoping that applying every two months can be approved.

How about BT to other Aeon card?
what i mean is i BT to my watami to get the points, since there is no more rewards point, maybe if i BT to new aeon gold card, it MIGHT approve?

I have applied for refund for double payment on 11th March and Aeon customer service confirms with me the process is pending since 12th March.
So i called up again this morning to check the status and to my surprise the CS told me that i have used my Aeon credit card after i filed my request to refund the payment, there i am not allowed to refund the payment.

I straight forwardly told the CS that i was never informed there was this condition when i requested for refund, and now i have to wait till her supervisor to check and confirm the status for me.

anyone experienced this before?

Just an update on my case previously.
Finally today i receive the refund for double payment after the BT cehck payment was a bit later than my IBG transfer payment.
The funny thing is, Aeon charged me RM2.00 for payment transfer. (Original refund value is RM2900; refund value in MBB SA is RM2898)
After like an hour or two i checked back online, they remitted back the RM2.00 in to my Aeon CC.

I wonder what they are thinking.
