not necessarily must have 12k available balance in order to be able to bt 9.6k. even if he already used 2.4k, he still can do bt for the remaining 9.6k. 80% is on the cl not on the available balance.
*
Really? I thought on available balance. Cool. I still have around 6k+ balance after my last BT, thought it is based on balance. That means I still can BT 9.6k? Assuming my CL is 12k?

assuming your cl is 12k, your total available bt is 9.6k. let's say your first bt was 5k, so you can only do a bt up to 4.6k on the second time, of course a little bit higher, if you have paid your first bt instalment.
*
Understood. That means my understanding all this while is correct. biggrin.gif

Guys, is there any way to transfer to Aeon from MBB without waiting for the statement to be generated?

I swiped 8k+ after my statement date on 24th Dec and plus my outstanding amount (both AmEx + VISA) which only due next week had caused my CL to burst now. laugh.gif

My next statement date is 24th Jan. laugh.gif Else, I will refrain myself from spending anything now until I clear my outstanding payment next week, at least it clears up some air. laugh.gif

you may try printscreen your aeon unbilled transaction page online to be attached to your mbb bt application.  nod.gif
*
Er.. I was saying MBB to Aeon, so is the other way round right?
I meant balance transfer my MBB unbilled transactions to Aeon, is that possible?

Need to provide a copy of your statement + printscreen of the current MBB credit card accounts summary.
*
If I have a statement, why still need print screen? I did my BT last month with statement only and approved on the same day I sent to Aeon.
Just that this month not yet statement date and spent a lot already. laugh.gif

how you submit the statement? via fax? approved on the same day is really unexpected.
*
I actually used both ways. At first faxed at noon and only got to know there's email address at around 4 plus, also dropped them an email. blush.gif Received verification call around 5pm. rclxms.gif She told me no issue and it's approved, though I only received the SMS 2 days after that. biggrin.gif

There was once I provided printscreen only (as the supporting document) to Aeon. I received a reply via email from AEON CS saying that they couldn't process my application with the printscreen. They required statements.

Then, I scanned and emailed them the previous month statement (recalled the previous experience by some forumers here) and my application for the total unbilled amount was approved.  thumbup.gif

Even though the previous month's statement is not relevant? blink.gif

If you use to do balance transfer to different bank, it can work.

But BT to same bank and same officer handle it and rememmeber and do double check.
Then, the luck no at u, it might get rejected or request for new statement.

It will make the BT took longer time to process. Better use the latest statement to make the BT approved faster and smoothly.
*
hmm.gif You have your point as well. OK lo, wait till the statement is out on 25th... Just that I'll be travelling on 30th and hope my account will be cleared by then to allow me to use for emergency in overseas. sad.gif

Anyway, if u want to use same statement to do twice BT.

U can do the second 1 few day earlier. Meaning u have longer buffer and keep follow up by checking internet banking or call cs to check

This way will avoid the BT payment come late. But it will need to waste time to follow up and calling cs and u may need to stand by to resend the latest statement.
*
OK, I got what you mean. I will try with one time first. smile.gif

QUOTE(sendohz @ Jan 9 2015, 12:39 PM)
Should be no problem with the print screen.

when i BT my Aeon to MBB i only print screen the summary page and it got approved as well.
*
Mine is MBB to Aeon. laugh.gif
But I will try print screen first, if it is not accepted then I will proceed and wait for statement or submit my previous month's statement. laugh.gif

laugh.gif at those replies. laugh.gif
Actually not addicted but being a good hearted person, I helped my overseas friends to buy 2 iPhone 6 and close to 5.5k of CL is stuck there. In addition, I also bought flight ticket to Japan and another 1.6k stuck there. My CL is stuck with these purchases now and plus all other spending + last month's statement, already spent overlimit, cannot swipe the card anymore. I don't want to pay MBB so soon when it is going to due only in mid of Feb. I just need my CL to be freed when I'm in Japan end of this month. tongue.gif
So BT seems to come handy this time. blush.gif

I know I have a lot of excuses. laugh.gif

Anyway, a question just popped out. I intend to buy a house soon and wanna apply for loan, will all these BTs affect my credibility and lead to banks' rejection?

not much affect, don't worry. just remember to pay your instalments on time.

Alright. biggrin.gif
I'm thinking to buy within these few months and it should be before I clear all with Aeon.
Just wanna make sure it won't affect. biggrin.gif

Having credit card outstanding will reduce your loan-ability amount. The bank wil take 5% of your total cc outstanding as "monthly installment"

For example, if you have rm10k BT outstanding, then your "monthly installment" wil b rm500,
then your house loan-ability amount will reduce by about rm100k. (assuming 30 yrs loan at 4.6% effective interest) sweat.gif

Ok, thanks for the enlightenment, this is the answer I was looking for. biggrin.gif

Another good thing to add is that for Aeon CC, ccris record do not show total cc outstanding, but only show current mth cc outstanding. So thats great. thumbup.gif

Oh good for me, I plan to BT to Aeon only. So far one is there already. 6 months BT is good for me, not to drag too long. biggrin.gif

Yes. Not only BT but also 0% installment. I had some trouble getting my home loan approved because I had too much BT and also a 0% installment.

Too many credit cards also hurt you. I had I think 6/7 cards when I applied for my recent home loan. Total CL is double my annual salary. Even my total outstanding is way below my available credit limit but the banker said I had too much exposure.

So I need to gather all my credit card statements for the past 6 months and prove to her that I can afford to pay and never had any interest/late payment charged. Plus all my FDs and investments to prove I can afford the house laugh.gif

Safest to say I clear all before buying. hmm.gif

automatically or upon request? never believe it could happen but oh well  rclxms.gif

I only tried once and upon request.
My reason was legit, the payment from Aeon to MBB wasn't done yet but it is already due date. So I paid and two days after that MBB received fund from Aeon. So it has become an overpayment. I called CS to get it transferred back.
It is normal for them that they can only transfer the amount after deducting your unbilled transactions but I did ask the CS to help to transfer the full amount as the due date is still long way to go. She didn't guarantee but she said will try. 3 days later I got the full amount.

Based on the feedback here some received full while some receive after deducting unbilled transaction. smile.gif

Suddenly so many rejections for Aeon, I better follow the proper process until my MBB statement is generated only submit to them.

Hopefully I won't be rejected... It will be my second BT only. blush.gif
