for the past few times bt with mbb, i only receive a letter (via snail mail) stating that my bt is successful/approved and the monthly amount to pay. but i never receive any call/sms prior to this letter. this letter only came after 1-2 weeks from the date of my application.

no, i don't think they are so free to do that. also, the other bank may not disclose as it will consume too much time and manpower for this.

yeah, if the extra is being used to spend/swipe is ok, but to take out as "overpayment" is really too much la. lol...
