Normal sedan car or MPV won't able to damage the concrete imprint, i thk developer try to minimise the car circulation to enhance the safety of pedestrian + comfort of the residence

Developer will maintain the central park for certain years for sure, after that will wash hand and pass to RA (after surrendered to MPKJ), so depend how united is the RA of GVH to maintain thr centre park. Hope the DMC can play the important role on this

Phase 2 (Cassia West) Part-1 available units shown in the last photos. Current price: 22 x 75' intermediate: RM738,800 22 x 80' intermediate: RM798,800 Phase 2 (Cassia West) Part-2 will launch soon at higher price according to SA.
