True enough there is no such assurance as it's all about the past track records of the developers which forms the basis of trust and confidence of buyers. It's not about buying S1 or any other projects but it's a matter of how the practice of the developer has jeopardised the interest of the buyers.

MU Boss, it appears to me it makes more economic sense to connect southern part of Malaysia than the northern part at least for now and foreseeable future. Anyway, nothing is impossible esp when the political tok kok masters goreng here and there.
