Erm..I dun think so..Non commission sales does not mean staff should not provide better services to potential customer. If we look at SA from EW & SP, they are much more professional when we inquire on their property. In addition to the above, those SHL staff still can get bonus on yearly basis and this will reflected on their yearly performance. If a sales staff cant show their professionalism then better train them properly before let them entertain to customer. Somemore SHL is the top TEN developer in malaysia as per claim by BBW.
