good view very good for own stay ....stay at good view, then move to prison then end at nirvana......wah....how nice the fengshui....

when ur time to nirvana, you not need need road anymore...fly from kajang prison all the way to nirvana, may ur spirit rest in peace and have a final look on good view heights when fly to nirvana..

good view heights site full with bangla and indo workers as well...good view heights far from kl...not convenience go to makan chinese food, not convenience go tesco for grocery...need pay toll just to have a pork noodle at sungai long..

only good thing is near to nirvana and prison...good for those who like to stay nearby with prison and nirvana

talking about quality, the good view heights actual unit with serious wall crack is a big concern...no wonder SHL will never become top 10 developer...

ya in this case developer is the flipper, bear is the flipper representative..hope can fish some water fish and earn commission...so bear can earn enough to buy subsale at semenyih......or else forever rent at maluri flat..

u r just a pity guy who work at SHL sales team and not earn much and not afford to buy anything...so now hard sell good view heights, so can earn more commission, by the time eco hill complete, you hope still can afford to buy the subsale below 500k.........

so ur strategy is...promoting good view heights as hard as possible

bashing setia eco hill as hard as possible so hope the subsale price wil not climb up too fast..

1. near by kajang prison, very near, not good for security, some more non gated project, be careful on the prisoner
2. nearby nirvana, very near, not good for fengshui, too close to death spirit
3. non Chinese area, cannot appreciate much..this is from bear statement
4. not easy to do grocery shopping, nearest is tesco kajang or tesco semenih which also 7-10km away, the best distance will be less than 5km
5. far from kl, jam...need 2 hours to reach..this is from bear statement
6. not direct access link, need make big U turn and pay toll, time and money wasted.
7. nearby rock mountains, lots of rock blasting activity will happen in future whcih will affect on house foundation,wall crack
8. workmanship poor, actual units shown already got big big wall crack
9. no any international school nearby

Bear cant afford, bear just a sales person for SHL developer...poor performence, not earn much, still rent at maluri low cost flat,...

Sg long is not bad, but can become better

If sg long is developed by sp setia, it will become better compare to SHL.


But bear is the sales man for SHL, so sg long is the best
