Guys, no need think so much.
Download Cinebench R15 and compare your score to that of any Ryzen. FX-8350 is below 700 points, Ryzen 7 2600X is around 1.7k points. |

2x 8GB.
Do you even need 32GB? What do you run with your PC? AMD systems work better with faster RAM. |

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Jan 4 2019, 03:19 PM) I might have same ram ( TridentZ RGB 3200 8GB x 2 ) pair with Ryzen 7 1700, cant get higher than 2933mHz. Depends on RAM model.Mobo Asrock with feb 2018 BIOS version, havent upgrade further. My ASRock B350 Gaming ITX/AC can do 3333, that also it's a 3000Mhz RAM pushed to 3333. |

QUOTE(mastering89 @ Jan 6 2019, 10:45 AM) hey, same as me. Setting voltage is not enough. R1700 , Trident Z non RGB 3200gb x2 CL14 , b350m mortar. i could get 3200mhz at CL14, it runs for a while , but random BSOD. set to 2933mhz , no BSOD. both set ram volt 1.35v as per recommended. probably just the mobo. I spent 2 hours just to get my RAM to run stable at 3333Mhz. |

QUOTE(mastering89 @ Jan 9 2019, 10:50 AM) seems to be. Allow me to invite lucidlts to talk about BIOS Interface. just finished swapping from b350 mortar to x470 aorus ultra gaming. damn the bios is alot different (me still noobie) ........ but i felt msi is bit better at user friendly in bios & apps. so far running fine at stock 3ghz , 3200mhz cl14 at 1.35v. But seriously man, Aorus BIOS is nuts, super duper amount of layers. I also don't like, I don't like MSI BIOS either. To me it's ASUS and ASRock. Wait till you try brands like Biostar......... or SuperO. |

Try running at 1.375 - 1.4v for the RAM, see if it stabilizes.

QUOTE(mastering89 @ Jan 9 2019, 11:25 PM) I'll try that another time. Congratulations, I also don't know.why is that aorus bios very very laggy. like 2sec response from keyboarr, mouse input. This is one of the reasons why I detest their UEFI. Latest version allows you to bookmark / shortcuts but when it comes to options they give you a whole list. |

Don't even know the model yet, if 3600 then it's likely going to be Ryzen 5.

QUOTE(S4PH @ Apr 30 2019, 12:36 AM) weird my x370 pro carbon can do 3200mhz using xmp profile no issues, upgrade your bios, trident z xkan kenot 3200mhz They have good and bad models, Pro Carbon is one of the good ones I think. My Titanium Gaming on the other hand is like what Someonesim posted regardless of what BIOS it is updated to. |
