The reason I ask about house facing direction is because I'm afraid later house facing north got no enough sunlight to dry up my cloths... Not mainly because of feng shui.. As long as the house number is not no.4 or anything then I'm fine with it..

So you are still the old school type of people who prefer to hand wash ?

Usually washing machine will spin dry your cloth, can be dried by hanging them under the fan.

Sunrise and sunset direction varies throughout the year.
Generally in Malaysia, ...
from March To September, the afternoon sun is in the north-west direction.
from September to March, the afternoon sun is in the south-west direction.
Anyone can google search and read the sun orientation.

Use this KL sunlight path as reference to check your house's exposure to sunlight according to the map provided by developer.

the reason last time in china was house that faces north will get cold winds from siberia, so they prefer south. in malaysia , it doesnt matter.  but best if north or south so that the afternoon hot sun does not hit the house walls making it warm.

We're slightly above the equator to the North, so the sun path still applies. March to September is generally the "hot" season of the year in Malaysia so if your house is North facing, you will get the sun all day on your North facade as long as the sun is out

the best in malaysia should be facing northeast and main door located at southwest( on your left hand side)
March to Oct (less holiday = have to work hard ) sunlight cuncun shooting on your maindoor feel like money money come.

for those not legit one, west the best, because they work at night. haha
