I doubt that, making a good quality product isnt much of a problem. Making one with strict budget and profit to cost ratio is a different story.

More often than not, "optimizing" is another word for "cut cost" at the expense of quality.

There are limits to how much you can "optimize" when it starts to affect the end products quality, worse still is cost cutting through the chain which ultimately leads to something so shitty you even wondered how they can actually sell it for such a price.

Fortunately for me, my industry favours more on quality and time, cost isnt that big a deal due to the oil money.

have many of my friends there due to massive recruitment for the new warehouse/plant.

during the interview, tell them you will give a full commitment to the company.

1 of my friends failed on that. He told the interviewer he not sure if he were to enter perodua if he getting another company.

r u mean increase productivity but not increase salary?

Im talking about quality control, not productivity. No point increaseing productivity but suffer on the quality of your products. Since in the end, people will remember your company on how good your product is, not how fast they can get it.

So the first interview:
1) Fill up the personal details/employment form
2) Psychometric tests (50 questions MCQ)
3) Essay (2 Questions, min 250 words each)
4) Interview with 2 HR - chitchat session, introduce yourself, strength, weaknesses.

So today I got the second interview invitation. So if anyone have any info regarding this 2nd interview, any tips and what to prepare please share here. smile.gif
