I applied for engineer position at perodua. There are 640 applicants as well. And there might be only a few position maybe. Tough chance.

Hi all, hope there is some insights from R&D department. HR contact me today for brief phone interview.
1. What are the expectation for new R&D engineer 2. What CAD/CAE software used? Expected software proficiency for new engineer? 3. Is there specific testing knowledge that is good to learn beforehand? 4. Perodua engineers gets opportunity to learn from Daihatsu and Toyota (Japan)?
