If you two don't have constructive stuff to say, please don't bother.

TS, please start by finding out your TDEE and work your diet towards it. On other hand, you can just wallop until you're gaining weight. Weight stagnant after a while? Eat more. Weight dropping? Eat more. Weight increasing gradually? Continue that amount until your weight starts to hit stagnant. This is very trial and error by the way.

U're probably not eating enough. Don't judge the amount of food u eat based on the proportion (or frequency). A McDonald set meal may be small (small for me la drool.gif ), but it can pack a total 1k calories more or less. Mind sharing with us ur meal plan and training routine? calculate ur TDEE and such with this :

http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/

It gives u an approximate range of calories u need to consume per day to reach ur goal.

Btw, u've only been working out for 3 months now, be patient bro, it takes time. 2kg up is quite good , i assume u are the fast metabolism type of person?

You do realize that when you gain weight, the amount of food you need to eat increases too right?

You can't have someone throw in a meal plan and you'll magically grow if you follow it. You have to figure out the numbers. Eat more than what you need and you'll grow.

List out what you eat.
