QUOTE(frankzane @ Sep 23 2021, 12:09 AM) We Retail players cannot pin point the reason. Possibly combinations of....my usual disclosure. Its all - imo & prioritize ones' financial cashflow first.1. DXY index. Gold n Crypto r directly correlated. DXY has been trending up. Boths assets going south. (USA FED) and their tapering lies. 2. Theres some programmed dumping of gold price. Dunno whos playing the game, China, India, USA, commercial banks. But prices within some range n u get heavy buying back. This is a major story for Conspiracy sleuths. 3. I really doubt the retail players buy n sell ever move the price. 4. Finally, dont be confused by the prices. Set a goal. Everytime it goes down in prices (under valed) buy DCA.... in gold n crypto. QUOTE(jagadis @ Sep 30 2021, 03:05 AM) Not bad. You're talking about gold in physical form right? Well, spot price is one thing, premium/labour/spread is another, generally jewelers like pohkong/habib have higher premium.Poh Kong quoted me RM280 while some other shop said RM266. You can check public gold products here, price depends on the size and its premium, generally, the heavier the gold bar, the lower its premium ratio. https://publicgold.com.my/index.php?route=p...category&path=1 The good thing about becoming their member is that you can pay in 0% interest installment, and while paying the installment, the price of the purchase is fixed on the date you start the purchase, unaffected by the daily spot price fluctuation for the duration of the installment. Meaning, today you start paying installment for 10g gold bar for 10 months at rm260 per gram, next month, the gold price increase to 270 per gram, but you will still continue paying the price for rn260 per gram, for the remaining months. That saying, even if the god price decrease, you still pay the same. If you become dealer and introduce other people to buy gold from public gold, you can get commission too. My wife is a dealer, if you are interested to join just PM me. This post has been edited by ah_suknat: Sep 30 2021, 01:11 PM |

Be careful .. look back malaysia history gold scam.. happened all the time .. modus operandi almost same...
1)check license with BNM website. If not license company can liable under accepting illegal fund under FSA 2)if buy gold MUST on the spot received the physical bar. Some case no physical given to customer or other case company delay the bar delivery then run. 3)make sure the Guinean bar .. some bar gold only outside, inside use other metal. **scam case involve million to billion in malaysia. ** Gold investment better link with bank and buy with well known jewellry dealer. Better put investment in fund manager. Or if u dont min the high risk go trade URSELF in crypto or forex. *Crypto (bitcion halving 2024 / stacking crypto / trade for decentralized coin ) *forex (fundamental , technical , news analysis) *** Diversify ur money. Don't put in one bucket |
