Here is my experience using him:
1) Not that fast, not that strong, but imba shooting and passing skill

3) Low defense work rate seems a bit of blessing
He rarely goes down helping the defense. So he will float above, waiting for that killer pass

same thing i can say for Mario. It's half the price
I find him imba. strong, fast, finishing good too. low attk work rate = wait killer pass like u said haha
