Quite frankly, I'm quite bad at defending too. I jockey alot, my only saving grace. Maybe you can avoid charging towards the opponent while defending and hold your position while holding L2 and only tackle when you are absolutely sure that you can take the ball away otherwise you'll be as good as dead

Defending in FIFA15 is a game of patience, I myself have yet to master the art of defending. Take every game as a learning step, improve from it. But most of the time I will be shouting / raging one

Tested my squad with 4.5 stars rating and 5 stars rating(first 11 using the same players. Just change the bench from gold to bronze). Played with 4.5 stars rating, my squad managed to get to division 1 and stayed there for 7 consecutive season. Never won the title yet. They played beautiful football, home and away. Change to 5 stars rating. Played totally like shit. Relegated to division 3. Most of my match i defend like hell. Cannot attack. Home and away played like shit just like liverpool IRL. Change back to 4.5, now in division 2.... Wtf FIFA....

Why not use this starter team and slowly upgrade the players as you progress up the divisions this team can take you till div 6/7

Yeah I agree, he's slower this year but still as lethal. His finishing is still amazing, especially long-ranged ones. I'd prefer RVP over Falcao in game, Falcao is all over the pitch, never there when I needed him to be. Maybe he might work for you
