you can try using counter attack and a ultra defensive/park the bus tactics . Clearing the ball long or making long through pass would normally get you for a quick counter and demoralize your opponents - they will only pressure you in your own half way line , just try to get the ball pass the half way line mark and you will be ready to terrorize them =)

I got this a lot. The opponent pressure every single player by charging to them when they got possession, able to run and intercept every pass you made, and some how their tackle are spot on. After a while and 40+ match lost later, I learned that:

1) Do not panic
I found out do the back pass to player behind will make space for player upfront once the opponent charging forward to your back player who has the ball. This time you can counter by long pass to empty area, and having your player ready to counter.

2) Having the High/High workrate for midfielder
The midfield player who have this workrate is god in FIFA 15. Easiest example: Vidal. He able to run back and help the defense, also able to run back upward to help with the attack.

3) Do not break your last line of defense
Having all defender line up in front of the ball is better. Do not, Do not charging towards opponent player who have possession immediately, as he may try to dribble/pass the ball to other player, making your defender out of position. Try do the jockey and be patience when you try to tackle.

It would be better to have CDM to help the defense, as he can try outmuscle the ball from behind 

4)The opponent has patience limit as well
Playing against human, they will lost patience and will do the mistake. This is when you take advantage. You will frustrated them more if you able to defend well against their high pressure tactics.

5) Having fast pace ST or winger also help
You may need fast pace player to bring the ball upfront for counter attacking after so much defending. Having player with good passing skill eg: Pirlo able to make pin point pass that you need most in counter attack.

price for all players I target are increased around 1m-3m from last week. Benzema, Modric, James, Sanchez, Cech, Piszczek, Lewandowski, Tevez, Cuadrado etc
