TG studio subsales about 950-1kpsf or 580k. 900k can get 2 bedder

Yaya. Some I calculated ngam ngam cover cost nia. Rpgt oso no need to pay. But I do blif it ll do well later on after the mall.

Whereas for emporis I dun think got chansi to even say its gonna do well. Loc itself oledi kantoi. Further with limited buyers pool which mainly fr 1 kns grp meaning in future if athg not gd happening tis grp ll dump n whole project ll mati katak on top of the oledi stillborn now.

Soli ya cny not supposed to b mulut busuk but fact is fact. I know its hard to accept fact especially tis is a harsh 1 for emporis.

Noone or few ppl know if those cars or display sets r rented or by installment. No comment on tat but its possible.

No one should call buy or sell, in such a volatiles product, especially Bitcoin, not even Charlie Lee (Litecoin founder) himself who is so active on Twitter.
