People get to choose what they wanna hear, what they wanna see and what they want to believe. People show you branded car and branded stuffs, you can choose to only see and believe the surface and not the motive and underlying situation behind those things (materials).
Never let other people to talk you into things that you do not want to buy. |

The materialistic play seems work to so many of his followers. Having said that, not all followers buy in what he tried to do or sell. Many just treat it as a "show". Sometime can be a good laugh to make your day! Personally, I sat in one of his coffee talks and of course, I didn't sit there for whole session. There were some tips but of course to make me to finish the whole session, the percentage of junk and tips need to be right.

Get the property agent to sell RM650,000 for you, with the condition offering the agent 3% Commision. (Remember? Agents are like a pool of Piranhas, where they smell blood, the come). Make sure you are generous. 9. Once sold, you make RM650k -(RM450k nett price) = RM200,000 (Gross Profit). 10. 30% RPGT tax in 3 years - RM200k profit -(misc costs RM50k + add on xxx expenses RM50k) = RM100,000 declared profit @ 30% RPGT. You pay RM30,000 tax. *(if me i dont pay RPGT, coz i know the methods. Cannot write here! Ask me in Coffee Sessions k, then i teach you and u save RM30k and you buy me a 300gm Kobe Beef Steak RM300 only) 11. RM200,000 Profit -(RM30,000 RPGT) -(RM20,000 Agent Commision) -(RM15,000 Interest served) -(RM15,000 MOT) = RM120,000 NETT PROFIT. 12. For x2 units = RM240,000 Net Profit (3years). The only way I know to dodge RPGT is to get buyer pay a specific amount under table.
But you must offer to share the saving on RPGT with buyer, like 50-50 or 60-40, otherwise buyer has no reason to help you. Buy first JL needs to get a buyer to fork out 150k under table and the remaining 500k as SPA price. 90% loan and this buyer needs to fork out 200k up front. |
