I asked ASUSmy, they say send back to shop for warranty claim. Stupid right? It's faulty ootb and they want me to send in for warranty as if it has been in used for 1-2 months.

they already have bad reputation for their laptop warranty service ...but i ve deal with the hardware(motherboard,gpu) department its not that bad

My laptop warranty was good. 2 weeks and got it back. But that was 2-3 years back, it was an A42JK. Now IDK la haha
