To get meteor from 3-piece Tal Rasha set.

The Meteor seems a bit weak to me, I dropped my Tal Rasha set for magefist plus full FB set, in that way it seems that I am actually killing faster

Yes, stack more fire% damage with magefist/cindercoat/Firebird's eye can deliver more damage.

Meteor gives you something fancy though.

if in term of fast farming tal rasha + firebird + wand of WOH is very fast...
i solo t6 normal rift only ttake me 5-6 min...

black hole > tele in > frostt nova > spectre blade some > bomb! elite pack die in 3 second

i need ttal rasha amulet so i can use cindercoat...till now i havent found 1 tal rasha amulet

You lose 60% fire damage from your chest, gloves and source.

From black hole > tele in > frost nova > spectre blad > explosive blast, how long does it take in the whole process to kill blue elite pack? And yellow elite pack?

I used to use 3-piece tal-rasha. I dropped it eventually for magefist/cindercoat and firebird's eye.
I killed a lot faster.
I use fire arcane torrent, from hydra > black hole > AT > elites killed.
Whole process take 2-5 seconds @ T6 to kill an elite pack.
Black hole last about 2 seconds. All blue elites killed before they land on ground. Yellow boss will take another 2-3 seconds to kill.

t6 yellow and blue pack only took me around 3 -5 second to kill..if corretly blackhole...
blackkhole + 3% damge every enemy.so if 3 pack is 15%..
usually t6 normal grift they will be along with other monster so i can get almost 20-30% increase damage...
with tat arcane meteor falling down..it do 70m damage..
and frost nova+ bone chill enemy get 33% damage increase + baneof trap 25% = 58% damage increase...
so the blizard meteor fall do 50m damage... + fire meteor and lighting tat scattered around probay do 10m damage if hit with 1 small meteor..

this build only i use for normal t6 grift and below 32 greater grift..above 32 grift i will bbe using firebird st only with magefust and cindercoat and firebird source...

I forgot to mention, the other reason I drop Tal-Rasha set was, some elite packs killed (especially the blue elites) before the meteor hit the ground.

For so long I'm running around with Tal's, feeling incomplete without it.

Well, somehow i dropped it too.. i wish could keep it. I used the follower to drop another 2 meteor, and another 2 on me. Even used EE as passive.

haha...i try many set of item and style for playing wizard...
feel like WOH+firebird+tal rasha with 3 legendary gem (toxin, bane of powerful + bbane of trapped) is fastest farming for me.. tot i only do 70m per tick.. but still worth it cause blue and yellow hp not tatt much..jump bomb bomb bomb explosive blast dead..

but for greater rift..
sun keeper + firebird full set with 3 slotted gem (toxin+ bane of powerfull + stone of venge ) can do till 150m per tick on greater rift bosses...

haha...butt i hate the sound of explosive blast...my mum know im playing game when keep hearing constant bomb bomb bomb...haha

I want to use Leoric's crown for the gem boost so the Amulet will give me Tal Rasha's bonus.

then again, if I do replace the chest piece, I wont get tal rasha's full set LOL

i use a furnace, in this way I can't use a cindercoat and magefist, and I need rorg all the time.. Have to drop Tal Rasha no choice

not a good roll, but you could reroll the socket into cdr 10% and put a gift on it

Hard to find an upgrade for my wiz.. very bored..
it's close to impossible to find an ancient Furnace to replace the current mine..
also I have found 3 SoJ all dex.. what a Jinx.. And never able to find an amulet with fire % crit dmg and chance with a socket.. Sien...

I don't know why I always struggled even with GR37..

Same here, I think the only upgrade that i'm looking now is ancient item. GR sometimes quite depends on luck. i fail at 37 and succeed in 39.

no one tested wizard in ptr? any feedback?
