i believe the bounty reward is fixed when you claim it, not the moment you open it.

my example, when i use my low level char to play bounty (below level 70) and open by level 70 char, the reward are still low level items and stat follow the char who claim it.

this senerio is confirmed few months back, unless bliz changed it now.

Yesterday got this with my wiz at seasonal. It was almost a perfect roll but come with DEX. At the end I choose to roll the DEX to int. feel pretty wasted. Why would they give me a DEX roll furnace!
