For my case, where my car was booked on the 9th of Nov and I only collect it Jan 15.
I am still eligible for the "3 years free service" as told.
New bookings from now (don't know when it start) no longer have this offer.
This is the information that I got from my SA.
Will see how when I get my 1st 1000km service soon.
This is also another reason why people are still skeptical to choose Proton.
No doubt the quality of the car has significant improvements, but there's still room for improvements for the after sales service. 3S or 5S or how many S-ses, after sales service is very important to get long term sales and customer loyalty.
Much to say but Proton, if you want to improve, do it right at the first time!
If ure eligible for the "3 years free service", you'll have around 6 piece of printed vouchers on an A4 paper..check through your documents/manual book.
