What is the point tls use agent to boost the sales up., tls marketing team can keep advertise in all media from beginning of the project..why tls group only active in fb after 70%sold out for oasis project and recently.

Then agent who do oasis project makan rumput.

U are one of the marketing staff or manager in tls group.

Sorry to offense , why there have culture latest buy unit mostly referral by oasis existing buyer.all this is tls marketing team make.becos marketing team not enough to strong,

Actually oasis is good project. Company strong.

the area will not fit you.


quality issue very subjective.
when progress build fast people will worry quality
when progress slow people will not compliment developer make good quality project.
people will just blame the developer pattern make progress slow.
