But I still think this is the sexiest phone even after many years wub.gif
Besides lefting out on some small hardware specs, still running fit on latest Android wub.gif

Bumping old thread.

Anyone still holding on to this phone?
For those that want Nougat, can try CM14.1 ROM. Been using for about a month and it is smooth as silk. RAM management is also better, can open few apps and won't redraw when back to the last app. Hard to believe can get such experience from 2GB RAM phone.

But there's some cons, no Moto voice. Can't do voice search when screen is off. Got wave for ambient display but the battery draining too much that better to off it.

Overall I feel it's a great ROM that bring latest Android and security to this phone. For me this phone is the best in term of ergonomic, plus I have leather back so it's feel great. thumbup.gif

Use glance plus app. I found it to be a better replacement for the moto display.

Does it drain the battery excessively?
On CM14.1 it even light up the ambient display when in pocket.
