my case. i go direct to service center and told them i want to change my phone cause water leak issue, at the same time i told them i'm not doing warranty claim cause no one can predict water damage on electronic, i told them straight, i need replacement unit, but service center response as they don't offer one to one exchange but they can give me 100% refund ......

Not sure. Havent tested it myself. But should be better. Its the latest android.

the most common reason for mobile photography is to point and shoot. if I have so much time to compose I would rather use my DSLR to take those shots right?

yes this phone has several 'pro' settings like ISO, wb, exposure compensation. but shutter response is so slow.

with practice even manual focus on many DSLR is faster than z3's tap focus. sometimes you tap once, sometimes you tap five times also this z3 won't focus.

so those above who said you need to have basic photography knowledge, I beg to differ. coz even pros need to snap a properly focused shot to make that shot usable.

I uninstalled/reinstalled/reboot few times but no help.
I don't know why it happen.

Sometimes i am typing, suddenly it is open. Sometimes it opens when i am browsing.
There are no common why it opens, only confirm that, i must touch the screen to trigger it.

Annoying so i have to uninstalled it now.
