Told them your phone have water leaking issue (water already in) and u demand to change cause no one can repair and predict water damage electronic .......

they will change, expecially your phone is just day or week old, don't drag till end of the month and they give you more excuse

You are absolutely right. Perhaps you should not buy it in the first place without doing research and testing, and the best way is to sell off this junk. Cheers!

My story
Xperia Z : one month old water leak in (i try after a month, cause worry on leaking issue).
Xperia Z1 : first day i tested out waterprroof features and phone die next day (i use z refund to upgrade)

all happen last year

but the thing is.. they keep said dont have spare part and they do not want to keep my phone there.
i asked can they check whether water flow in they said, wait for spare part somemore.. but it still can use now i think is ok? damn i serious piss off..

i think what u mean was going to dealer there(the place u bought), but i asked the dealer there, they ask me go to the service center , faster..

my case. i go direct to service center and told them i want to change my phone cause water leak issue, at the same time i told them i'm not doing warranty claim cause no one can predict water damage on electronic, i told them straight, i need replacement unit, but service center response as they don't offer one to one exchange but they can give me 100% refund ......

And I wonder why so many people say Sony's CS sucks.
Rarely heard any service centers offer 100% refund on dissatisfied product.

that why after 2 phone fail from them and i still buying due to good after sales service ........

for me :
sony : good after sales and reasonable time needed.
samsung : fast repair but service center always pack.
lenova : negative star given. very bad and lousy service.

before this sending XZ to sc sony at berjaya sompo..

they say 1 week baru siap..mobo problem..

then after 4 days..already call to pick up..

until now no prob..

How about battery standby?

Hmm standby is awesome in stamina mode since it doesnt on data and wifi when screen is off.... today morning i wake up and find out my battery decrease only 1% ! after 7 hours of sleep....

without stamina mode is kind of mix , somedays i get good standby and sometimes i get where after a nite sleep it decrease 15 % , still i find it better than the other android phones i tried..... standby time is very subjective and each person is always different thats why i cant trust when a reviewer says bla bla phone has awesome standby time but when i use it SUCKS big time....

Sony's stamina mode is one of the best. You can even put important messaging apps like Whatsapp, Viber on the exception list so you wont miss calls and texts.

Do you think after Lollipop upgrade with battery life will be better?
