But Note 3 have most of the things I wanted, that's why still considering whether to get Note 3 or Note 4 

I think the main different for Note 3 and Note 4 is the different material for the frame. Note 4 looks better IMO.

R u sure all samsung outlet got free gift? From wat i knw when Note 3 launching, the 1st 100 customer who q at The Garden samsung shop only entitle for the free samsung gear. Other outlet dont have free Gear.

I received the exclusive invitation from Samsung for the launch event as well. But I don't think I will go though. Just bought myself a Vivo Xplay3s and have fun with it now. Might consider Note4 again 4~6 months down the road.

But ya, have to agree with the above post. In just a week or two, you will be able to see the Gear S all over our nation already and trust me based on my previous experience with Samsung, they will definitely offer the Free Gear S again in near future post launch.

Just wait for it. I'm sure there will be free offer just like Gear Fit free for those who bought the Note 3. Be patient.
