Phase 1 early bird got about 69+k not bad la. if Phase 2 can get less than 700k, then I say kaput. biggrin.gif
I think Phase 2 early bird is about 790k to 800k. hmm.gif

Aiks, I already paid the 2nd 10% in August and now waiting to pay the next 15%, but the letter havent reach me yet. even bank did not send notification for the 5% disbursement.

Looking at Tropicana City Mall, it can't even compete with Paradigm mall. Thus I won't put high hope that Trop able to build an outstanding mall within TH. MKH Metro Kajang Plaza and Metro Point I think will get less crowd after IOI City Mall open. Both Metro Plaza and Metro Point might get more of "other kind of visitors" as most ppl claim as "zhap". Wont put high hope on MKH as well.

IOI City Mall is set to compete with Midvalley, 1U and Sunway Pyramid. (Excluding the Gardens and Pavilion as both are targeting different segment). Good news for south KV, I had visited the mall and its really exceed my expectation. But not so good news for those frequently travel along SKVE as traffic is getting worse. doh.gif

KTM is just a bonus, you can still park and ride from Reko KTM/MRT.

What will make me nervous if they call off the access road (tunnel and flyover), which is very critical for the neighborhood.

Probably K2 ppl will feel the pinch if some of them are betting the K2 KTM will bring huge success to K2.

Again what is more important for Trop Heights is leveraging the road access by K2.

if that so, tracks are likely to be built along Persiaran Bangi.
But, K2 KTM will be built AFTER persiaran bangi jucntion and not before.
Maybe MRT will be connected from Reko MRT to Putrajaya and just pass by K2 without a stop because it is just to hassle to go down to K2 KTM location and go back up again to persiaran Bangi.
Another problem is the track going over HTC is really a challenge
