use the lake of both pics as reference and you can see the highrise on the north and east of the lake is gone.

The only thing that cannot confirm is the commercial at the south of the lake.

RPGT should be net after fees. not "selling price - acquired price", you can check with your accountant or lawyer.
3 toilet is good enough, unless you like to wash more toilets laugh.gif

I don't think so. Checkout the cars that are parked at "park and ride" in KTM and LRT stations, won't be surprise to see Honda, Toyota Merc and BMW.

Even managerial and senior exec levels working around KLCC and KL Sentral area uses public transport to work everyday.

I am one of those using public transport before. I am force to drive now since my office relocated with no KTM LRT nearby shakehead.gif

SP Setia and Eco World township series is even more confusing.
I think no one cares about what field but mention more on township name. At least Tropicana township series is unique

well, trop heights wins hands down with ktm mrt, freehold title and immediate amenities (dont hav to wait 10 yrs for surrounding to grow, commercial n infra already nearby) IOI city mall 10 to 15 minutes driving on weekend, much more closer to Midvalley than TA to Midvalley smile.gif

Alternatives to travel to KL, either Silk to Grand Saga, Silk to NS highway, or Silk to Besraya. other alternatives via bandar tek to join lekas and persiaran bangi to join NS highway. Take KTM or MRT if you dont like to drive.

Yes suppose to hav flyover to roundabout
but I m more interested with the junction from Silk to Kajang2. The tunnel is under construction, that will be more meaning for me personally.
