In terms of design gateless look modern and some people buy this unit because of that..in term of design is regarding safety of child..so depend on majority of resident..for me both ok..gateless is one of the selling point rite..

Definetely there will be pro n con regading this title..for me individual title will have their own freedom..to built their own design of house like my current taman..plenty of houses already paint their house with their own favorite colour..within 5 years u can see the diff..thats why i bought one unit parkfield although starta title..u need to pay for the lifestyle..not only your own house..but..diff people diff opinion..

Parkfield looks quite good..but the only thing is only one main road which is th2/3 n th2/10..so once the project completed the main road will become quite busy rite..correct or not??must be a lot of restriction also if you want to do some function with catering everything..definetely cannot..

From the map..supposedly there will be flyover from persiaran bangi directly to the roundbout rite? No need to go inside the tunnel and some factory..correct?

Correct, but the row for th 2/6 they open for sale for 859k.. I am not sure why...but that is what My SA informed me..not so much diff with my house...huhu
