Just for gentle reminder, if u want to purchase or want more infos regarding the TH project, better go to TH side itself since their office and Company SA are there. Any agent could mislead regarding the infos..thanks..

Correct..from persiaran bangi it will have flyover that will pass nadayu also..because the road will be behind nadayu..

6 rows launch today...price 882-898k for intermidiate..increase almost 50k for only 1 week..corner increase to 1.3 mil from 1.2 mil..just for the update..i am not SA..just one of the buyer..hehe

P2 is around 250..in future if management want to increase..they need to clarify everything to all residents..they cannot just simply increase it without any solid reason..
