where got , bank negara want to cub speculation, i.e forcing speculators to throw stocks, but due high price throw stock also no takers, they need to throw with discounts, otherwise, it will burn them every month pay increased instalments..

bank negara should put new measures, all sub sales market must be paid via 20% DP at least and borrowers are only to take debt not more than 60% similar like Singapore... they high income also reduced credit, we lower income country, reduced more 50% looks nice..

Last time heard MKH wanna build 'Big Shopping Mall" at K2 also, anchored by the KTM Station.

Wonder what happened to those plans - doubt another Big Mall can survive if so close to IOI City Mall

even within TH, wonder what type of commercial Units that TH has planned.  Earlier whispers was perhaps something like Tropicana City Mall but with IOI City Mall and perhaps K2, would that be too many shopping malls so close to each other.

Looking at Tropicana City Mall, it can't even compete with Paradigm mall. Thus I won't put high hope that Trop able to build an outstanding mall within TH. MKH Metro Kajang Plaza and Metro Point I think will get less crowd after IOI City Mall open. Both Metro Plaza and Metro Point might get more of "other kind of visitors" as most ppl claim as "zhap". Wont put high hope on MKH as well.

IOI City Mall is set to compete with Midvalley, 1U and Sunway Pyramid. (Excluding the Gardens and Pavilion as both are targeting different segment). Good news for south KV, I had visited the mall and its really exceed my expectation. But not so good news for those frequently travel along SKVE as traffic is getting worse. 

Paradigm mall is really that nice? I just went once before.... But tropicana city mall and paradigm mall is same category for me which is neiborghood mall unlike ioi city mall is a regional mall.

Property is like that, when the whole master plan shape is up, then the price will no more cheap.

Agree MKH is totally different league...

800k++ for landed, freehold, within 25-30km radius from KL, and comes with township and landscape plus reputable developer and plus again 10-15 km can reach a mega mall so far only in TH as I know....
That is why I am more concern on the quality and the whole master plan. So that in the future I can wake up in the morning and jogging at Central Park before I start going to office to start my busy day, and probably weekday after work I can have a coffee session with friend at market square that nearby lakeside. Then weekend probably I can spend my time in ioi city mall for movie or windows shopping.

no. There are 3 types of bricks generally. Sandbrick is just one of the 3 types.

By this kind if response is seeing you are throwing back question to me.. And, also telling me u are not sure for yourself too... Probably you just judge the type of bricks by the layout color as long as grey then is sand bricks, then if sand bricks mean is no good. If you really a civil engineer or building architect, I will more expect your professional answer.
