Additional rebates given to Parkfield only?

xtra disc 0.5% for those sign SPA b4 1/4/15.
I done that but hvnt receive the letter yet. Hope can get it this few day.

Additional rebate is given in what form? 0.5% from spa price or actual purchasing price?

most likely fairfield wont be ready in september.. i am just received 50% draw in march and mine is the 3rd last row... and i dont think can be completed in 3 to 4 months time.. most of the SA dont have concrete information and they just ASSUME.

You are right in term of pricing. However, I don't like to go through a row of Factory... and the main entry to Jade Hill resembles Nilai Memorial Park. I just don't like to live in the area that resemble when my ancestor is buried. Just my preferences

So fairfield progress is on schedule or late behind the schedule?

if am not mistaken the earlier S&P was dated Feb 14. Mine was March 14.

booked a unit too few weeks ago for own stay. a bit worry about traffic to KL during weekdays because am working near Midvalley. other than that very happy to become one of the owner.

if not jam, take about 30min from Kajang to Mid valley by north south highway.
but during weekday, 7.30am -9am is traffic jam at silk highway toward Kajang toll to North South highway.

yea..i guess weekday need at least an hour to Midvalley area
